Non-responsive maintainer check for David Howells (dhowells)

Hi,

This email is part of the non-responsive maintainer policy for the keyutils [1] package (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2249374).

The package is several versions out-of-date, 1.6.3 being the latest one, released in 2020.

The last activity by the maintainer on the package was in 2018 [2] and src.fedoraproject.org shows no activity for the past year with several PRs open.

Does anyone know how to contact the maintainer (I've cc-ed them to this email)?

The published version is affected by this bug [3] which is fixed in 1.6.3 and prevents building other packages depending on keyutils like keepassxc (git develop) [4].
