Bodhi update submitted from rawhide side-tag. Let's see how happy gs is with this jbig2dec update.
If all goes well, the contained fixes would justify updating on f39 also (and maybe f39 - gs updated all the way down), unless maintainers of zathura-pdf-mupdf and python-PyMuPDF object.
