shows frozen releases in the same table of pending releases by a hack,
but for API purposes I just let the output being pedantic about the

As wrote in another reply, you could query frozen releases with
`?state=frozen`. If there is need to have a single query returns both
pending and frozen, I suppose we could modify the input argument to
accept a comma separated list of values, like `?state=pending,frozen`.

I think this may be handy, but I don't need it for our case. It is easy to just combine the results on our side.
