Generally speaking, that's probably an okay time. If you push it back an hour or two, you're more likely to be good. If you're a mirror, though, I'd just try to do hourly syncs of the development tree. It really should only end up being a bandwidth hit once a day and if not, it's because we screwed something up and had to push something different manually. Also, using --delete-after and --delay-updates can help to reduce the window during which things are inconsistent.
