Best Place to start is auroralinux.  the current development tree is based on 
FC3 work is progressing on making anaconda play nice.  

Most of extras is also available for sparc.

auroralinux has its home at www.auroralinux.org  and you can find extras 
packages at aurora.fedoramirror.net/pub/aurora/extras/2/sparc/repodata
