This does not look like BuildRequires dependency resolution failure, but

other "generic" issue.
Here's what I saw in about a quarter of my builds in the last hour:

DEBUG util.py:444: Creating user 'systemd-oom' (systemd Userspace OOM
Killer) with UID 999 and GID 999.

DEBUG util.py:167: kill orphans
It happened across different archs.
