I will need to get the mirrormanager admin to add updates for f39 even though it's unused until fedora final release.
Can you disable repos on silverblue?

Yes, one can disable them by editing the files under /etc/yum.repos.d. I'm not that worried about myself, but rather about others. But to confirm disabling them works.
