This is now merged. The new macros are:
%systemd_postun_with_reload, %systemd_user_postun_with_reload,
%systemd_user_daemon_reexec. That last one is now used in
the systemd.spec file in rawhide to properly reexec user@.service
instances after package upgrade.

Somebody needs to file an FPC pull request now ;)
