poppler soname bump in Rawhide

Hi,

I've prepared rebase of poppler to 23.08.0, which was released today, in the side tag "f39-build-side-70931". I'm asking you to build your dependent packages in it and I will merge it to the main buildroot at Monday (7th of August) just before the branching.

There are several API changes and soname bump of the base library libpoppler.so.*.

Packages which need to be rebuilt:
 calligra
 gambas3
 gdal
 gdcm
 inkscape
 kf5-kitinerary
 libreoffice
 pdf2djvu
 scribus

If your package still uses the unstable API (headers from poppler-devel), could you consider to change it to use a stable API in the future (glib, qt5, C++)? It would mean less work for you and I would be able to disable the unstable API.

It seems that all these packages build fine with the new poppler so it should not take much time this time (according to local scratch-build).

Regards
Marek
