It's indirect. Qemu depends on nvml and then kata-containers depends on qemu.

Out of curiosity, what depends on nvml?  The kata-containers packages
does not appear to.  I saw reference to nvml in the
configure-hypervisor.sh script, but I didn't see a hard requirement.
