Hello,
According to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_Process/ I'd like to announce that I'm going to unretire the package "lua-ldap".
I didn't find a concrete reason why it was removed, it looks like it was retired because it was orphaned for too long.
Specifically, I'd like to use it to re-enable LDAP support in the XMPP server "prosody" with its "mod_auth_ldap" plugin. I'm planning to update/maintain it also in EPEL.
Upstream moved to here: https://github.com/lualdap/lualdap/commits/master and it looks like they are medium active, last commit this March 2023.
Re-Review: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2217273
Best regards,
Christian
