Mock appears to have failed to install the builddeps, for unknown
reasons. I would just re-try the build in hope that it is a transient
infra problem ? If it isn't transient, I guess it'll require admin
attention ? Either way it doesn't look like a problem on your side.

I would guess that dnf-3 was killed in the middle of the operation. It is different builder than Richard's. So it does
not seems to be just builder issue.
