Yes, but... we really try and avoid that if it's gone out in a compose.
If it's gone out, users have upgraded to it, things have been built
against it/used it, and downgrading makes integating harder.

Yeah, the only other option here would be an Epoch.
But I know those aren't great for several reasons. 

I guess we can untag it...
