Heads-up: flatbuffers 23.5.26 coming to Rawhide

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

In one week (2023-06-06), or slightly later, I plan to build flatbuffers 23.5.26 in Rawhide[1]. Because flatbuffers offers no ABI stability, it will be necessary to rebuild the sole dependent package, hyperhdr. Since I don’t currently have access to that project, there are three possibilities:

- I can let the maintainer know when the side tag is available for the flatbuffers update, and they can rebuild hyperhdr into it.

- If the maintainer wants me to handle this and future rebuilds for flatbuffers, they can add me to the hyperhdr project with at least collaborator privileges on the rawhide branch.

- If I don’t hear from the maintainer, I can ask a provenpackager to rebuild hyperhdr.
