dnf5 and file level provides

I can't find any discussion of this - but is it expected that dnf5 does not handle file level provides outside of specific directories?

$ dnf5 repoquery --whatprovides /usr/share/dict/words
Updating and loading repositories:
Repositories loaded.
$ dnf repoquery --whatprovides /usr/share/dict/words
Last metadata expiration check: 0:04:26 ago on Thu 25 May 2023 09:02:26 PM MDT.
words-0:3.0-43.fc39.noarch
$ dnf5 upgrade
...
Problem 15: cannot install both words-3.0-41.fc38.noarch and words-3.0-43.fc39.noarch - package krb5-server-1.20.1-9.fc39.x86_64 requires /usr/share/dict/words, but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install the best update candidate for package words-3.0-41.fc38.noarch - cannot install the best update candidate for package krb5-server-1.20.1-9.fc39.x86_64
