Unfortunately, this missed out having util-linux obsolete util-linux-
user , which causes problems on update. Also, util-linux-user is/was
explicitly listed in the comps @standard group, so composes of
artifacts that include that group (which is quite a lot of them) would
fail because it could no longer be found.

I've fixed both problems:

It'd be nice if we could figure out a way to flag up when changes to
packages cause problems in comps...maybe we can set up a Fedora CI job
to run the comps check scripts on package builds somehow...
