Miroslav Suchy's answer earlier is the best one:

```
mock -r fedora-rawhide-i386 --no-cleanup-after foo.src.rpm
mock -r fedora-rawhide-i386 install <whatever else you need to install>

mock -r fedora-rawhide-i386 shell

cd /builddir/build
```
