Does this make sense? Yes, finally! It is time to shelve the last vestiges of the failed "Modularity by default" project. Users who really want Modularity can just opt in. But I think it usually makes more sense to deliver alternative versions in different ways that are not subject to the kind of version conflicts modules can cause (i.e., libraries as parallel-installable compatibility libraries, leaf packages through Copr).
