The GIMP application core, and other portions of the official GIMP distribution not explicitly licensed otherwise, are licensed under the GPL-3.0-only
Explicitly licensed under GPL-2.0-only is 'file-dds' plugin.
Explicitly licensed under BSD-3-Clause are 'script-fu/ftx' and 'script-fu/tinyscheme' plugins.
'libgimp' and the other GIMP libraries are licensed under the LGPL-3.0-only (hence there has to be a switch from GPL-3.0-or later to LGPL-3.0-only as I misinterpreted it before).
So based on this input, I assume the 'LGPL-3.0-only AND GPL-3.0-only AND GPL-2.0-only AND BSD-3-Clause' should be fine, or should there be some AND=>OR replacement or any other change?

And they are not linked together? Because if they are, we have a problem!
