Hi,

The package was retired by me because nothing depended on it for over a year.
If you only need the package as a dependency for matrix-synapse but
are not interested in Rust packaging other than having the packages
exist in Fedora, then some Rust SIG member (probably me) could also
become new primary maintainer after unretirement, if you'd prefer
that.
