[heads-up] dracut-059 comming to F38 and F37

Hello,

I'm preparing an update for F38 and F37 for dracut. There might be some upstream breaking-changes for non-standard setups, I expect the builds to be identical to Fedora Rawhide.

Please test if you can:

 - COPR build: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/pvalena/dracut/build/5683057/

   (You can simply enable the COPR repo `pvalena/dracut`.)

 - F37 Koji scratch-build:  https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=98976054
