Tested on three different machines. No problems with transaction conflicts,
just some package downgrades:
- inxi-3.3.25-1.fc37 -> inxi-3.3.24-2.fc38 (version downgrade)
- fwupd-1.8.10-2.fc37 -> fwupd-1.8.10-1.fc38 (lower release number)
