According to koschei, this might be correct: https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/14741264 file package was updated from 5.42 to 5.44. I suspect it is this commit: https://github.com/file/file/commit/e1233247bbe4d2d66b891224336a23384a93cce1 which is present in 5.43 and later.
