Perhaps this would be amenable to a blog post demonstrating the benefits? e.g. * What does the system performance analysis process look like, how to get started * What impacts does the lack of frame pointer information have on the outputs (incoherent / invisible / inaccurate data), and how much work is required to work around it that (recompiling packages) * Compared to Fedora-with-frame-pointers I think it would be quite useful both as a "starter guide" of sorts and as a call to action to get developers to start taking advantage of it. Maybe even to switch to Fedora. _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
