Based on the current fail to build from source policy, the following packages
should be retired from Fedora 38 approximately one week before branching.

5 weekly reminders are required, hence the retirement will happen
approximately in 5 weeks, i.e. around 2023-02-08.
Since this is unfortunately after the branching,
packages will be retired on rawhide and f38.

This is the second reminder. I apologize for starting this process a bit later
than required.

Policy:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/

The packages in rawhide were not successfully built at least since Fedora 35.

This report is based on dist tags.

I had filed https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xorg-x11-drv-qxl/pull-request/2
to fix the build in rawhide and Victor merged it 5 days ago.

The scratch built worked:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=96082966

I can't find the build there though
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=9868

I've triggered the build (any packager can do that):

$ koji build rawhide --nowait --fail-fast 'git+https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xorg-x11-drv-qxl.git#d7716591515d97b5cc4a146fbcf3ee7ca18f1808'
