Retiring this would blow up Fedora infrastructure... the FTB/FTI is
being worked on, but it depends on python-nss to be un-retired and the
package review for that is in progress (just approved a few days ago).
Can you just remove it from the list to stay on the safe side?
Retiring it from rawhide would not change anything in the infrastructure at all
considering the package does not currently even install.
I trust it will be fixed in time, I am watching the nss review request (it has
been approved).
