This happens frequently with doxygen documentation.  It
looks like only a few adjustments are needed to resolve it
though.  I prepared the changes in a fork of the package
repo:

    https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/tmz/rpms/opensubdiv/c/0cd9137

and ran a scratch build:

    https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=95730383

I'm far from an expert with Doxygen; others may have better
ideas on how to resolve this.
