This was discussed about 3 months ago, so check the archives.

As a run down on the discussion.  Fedora follows (where possible) the
name given by the up-stream developer.  It's not the business of Fedora
to deal with changes to someone elses name for something.

Most people would prefer that capitals weren't used for names.
