I have built certbot 2.1.0 for all supported releases of Fedora and for EPEL. It has been in testing for 2 weeks. I am getting ready to push it to stable in the next few days.
It is a "major" update, but is mostly backwards compatible. 2.0.0 had more incompatibilities, but in 2.1.0 they added changes to make most plugins still work with the new 2.x series. The other main change is that it will use ECDSA keys by default instead of RSA.
