Back in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2052433 we decided to
add Obsoletes only for F<=36. The plan was to retire mlocate in F37. But that
never happened. I updated the Obsoletes in F37 and rawhide to cover F37 and F38
and started a build now. I think we should do the retirement of mlocate in
rawhide now. There doesn't seem to be a good reason to keep it around.
