split package cgnslib-common into ui and none-ui part

Hi all,

the package "cgnslib-common" contains libs necessary to do some calculations i.e. Libreoffice
Openshot, Shotcut etc. etc.

It comes packed with some UI Apps, that look like something from the 80ties and are most likely never used as cgnslib-common is a just a dependency install and the apps are very special:

/usr/share/applications/cgnscalc.desktop
/usr/share/applications/cgnsnodes.desktop
/usr/share/applications/cgnsplot.desktop
/usr/share/applications/cgnsview.desktop
/usr/share/applications/unitconv.desktop

As I can image someone  could still make use of them, I suggest to split the package into the ui and none-ui parts.

This way, the depending apps are happy, and users do not get borrowed with apps they did not want and suddenly popped up
on theire app panel.

best regards,
Marius Schwarz
