Regular crash of the internal DirectoryServer389 replication

Hello all,

I hope you are doing well.
I would like to have your help because I have a Replication crash problem on 389DS. 
Here is the below some Frequent Error :


[25/Oct/2022:02:03:15.698645866 +0200] - ERR - slapi_ldap_bind - Could not send bind request for id [cn=Directory Manager] authentication mechanism [SIMPLE]: error -1 (Can't contact LDAP server), system error -5987 (Invalid function argument.), network error 107 (Transport endpoint is not connected, host "wam2p.lefoyer.lu:389")

[25/Oct/2022:02:06:27.558971677 +0200] - INFO - NSMMReplicationPlugin - bind_and_check_pwp - agmt="cn=lpfroot12" (wam2p:389): Replication bind with SIMPLE auth resumed

[25/Oct/2022:07:25:15.490236609 +0200] - ERR - log_ber_too_big_error - conn=36614 fd=78 Incoming BER Element may be misformed. This may indicate an attempt to use TLS on a plaintext port, IE ldaps://localhost:389. Check your client's LDAP_URI settings.

[25/Oct/2022:12:10:07.709047940 +0200] - ERR - NSMMReplicationPlugin - repl5_inc_waitfor_async_results  - Timed out waiting for responses: 330754 330879
