update page, you can clock the "Builds" tab which will give you a link.
You can down exactly the packages you need from there.

Feels a bit like blindly bypassing the tests, right?

Obviously you shouldn't give karma without actually testing, but you are
in ho way prevented from doing so by the current state.  It's just more
convenient to wait until the build is pushed to testing and then out to
the mirrors.

Fair enough, but giving these instructions in the email could be useful to speed it up further.
