Not a perfect one, but you can follow the tickets:

https://pagure.io/releng/issue/11094 (candidate compose request)
https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10994 (stable push request)

the difference between RC-1.X and RC-1.X+1 will be any packages pushed
stable after RC-1.x was built that weren't listed in the RC-1.x request
or any earlier request, and any packages listed in the RC-1.X+1
request.
