Well technically the test gaiting applies to the failed status as well, but neither would be considered a "positive" response, so will the update get pushed to stable or not? 

Is some sort of manual intervention required or not?

Do I need to put in a ticket somewhere or not? 

Nothing in the message gives me any context as to what is required.
