There was also some discussion on this list which
mentioned the (lack of) qt6-qtwebengine towards the
beginning of the year (the discussion was about
chromium, but qt6-qtwebengine got a mention along
the way), and there was a comment that (at the time)
there was no forcing function (i.e. a package that
required it), and the efforts to strip/debundle it for
packaging in Fedora was still (at best) a work in
progress.
