Isn't "dnf system-upgrade" the "officially blessed" way of upgrading from one Fedora release to another on the command line? I also need "dnf repoclosure" ... without it, I'd need to either completely reimplement or shut down the service that provides "broken dependencies" / fails-to-install data for the Fedora Packager Dashboard.
