There were a few more dependencies than when I initially posted this,
I used f38-build-side-58732 to rebuild:

Macaulay2-0:1.20-1.fc37.src
ags-0:3.6.0.33-1.fc38.src
bullet-0:3.08-4.fc37.src
cppcheck-0:2.9-1.fc38.src
dvblinkremote-0:0.2.0-0.27.beta.fc37.src
gazebo-0:10.1.0-31.fc37.src
linbox-0:1.6.3-12.fc37.src
vdr-epg2vdr-0:1.2.8-1.fc37.src
vdr-osd2web-0:0.2.54-13.fc37.src
fuse-encfs-0:1.9.5-14.fc37.src
lgogdownloader-0:3.9-1.fc38.src
libmediainfo-0:22.06-2.fc37.src

Everything rebuilt and the a bodhi update for the side tag has been
created: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-d03bf47479
