As a temporary measure, the License field for the libpri package will be
corrected from “GPLv2+” to “GPLv2 with exceptions”. This reflects a
re-review of package contents rather than an upstream change.
The specific exceptions have been submitted to the fedora-license-data
repository for legal review, and the License field will be further
updated to use SPDX notation once that process is complete.
