When I open that link, it shows 2.3.6 as the latest release. Maybe there just was some lag? It says "retrieved on 2022-09-10", though, strange that you still did not see it a week later.

I fixed the release-monitoring.org listing earlier but then forgot to update the mailing list. The filtering and version prefix settings were incorrect. Once I sorted that out, the version showed up property. I apologize for the confusion!
