Dear colleagues,
I'm going to push the updated version of OpenSSL to rawhide.
This version incorporates FIPS-related changes from RHEL 9.
A major change that may affect your applications in FIPS mode is limiting the RSA encryption.
There are also minor tweaks limiting explicit curves support in a similar way as it is done in RHEL.
