Yeah ... but gathering data from different sources is also either 1) very fast and can be done basically on-demand, or 2) very slow and needs to happen in the background and uses cached results. I don't think there's a good way to solve this to make data consistent "across time" from all these different sources, given that they are by definition updated on different schedules (because some of them update almost instantly, and some take a few hours to propagate and update data sources).
