What version of bodhi-client do you have? You need at least 6.0.0. Bodhi chnaged in 6.0.0 to use OpenID Connect instead of openid. https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/releases/tag/6.0.0 So, if you use the bodhi client you need at least 6.0.0.
