ffmpeg has multiple subpackages. E.g. libavcodec-free and repoquery lists for
it:

attract-mode-2.6.2-3.fc37.src.rpm
blender-3.2.2-1.fc37.src.rpm
chromaprint-1.5.1-4.fc37.src.rpm
indi-3rdparty-drivers-1.9.7-1.fc37.src.rpm
loudgain-0.6.8-10.fc37.src.rpm
neatvnc-0.5.1-2.fc37.src.rpm
notcurses-3.0.8-3.fc37.src.rpm
siril-1.0.3-3.fc38.src.rpm
unpaper-7.0.0-2.fc37.src.rpm

There is neatvnc and unpaper in addition to your list.

Though I don't know which ffmpeg libraries are changing ABI. Maybe not all
of the packages need a rebuild.
