The updates policy requires that you notify this list and the
maintainers whose packages depend on poco a week in advance.

I found out about this due to the mumble FailsToInstall bugs that were
filed earlier today.

In the future, please follow the policy so everyone has a chance to
adapt to stuff like this in time. It's especially painful for this to
happen on the day before the change code completion deadline.
