Waiting for a package review for that long is definitely not something
we want to happen.
Have you tried posting on the devel list, asking for a review, or
proposing a review swap?

And no, the announcement explicitly included this information:

However, it looks like there isn't even an open ticket for you here:
https://pagure.io/find-inactive-packagers/issues

So there's nothing you need to do right now, since you're not
considered "inactive" at all.
