qarte: missing python dependencies ?

Hi,

I want to start qarte-5.1 on Fedora 37, but the startup aborts
with the following error message:

$ qarte -d

TypeError: install() takes from 1 to 2 positional arguments but 3 were given

how can i solve this ?
