	Hi,
Fedora is not a rolling distro. Najor version updates often change
behaviour of the apps or the system itself, not talking that there are
gigabytes of data to be downloaded, then even more gigabytes of data to
do the update. The update itself takes its time too (you do not have
always enough battery, or whatever).

At least the gnome-software notifies about new major upgrades, when
they are available. It does not install them automatically and I hope
it never will.
