Heads-up: llhttp 6.0.9 coming to Rawhide and F37 with .so version bump

In one week (2022-08-18), or slightly later, I will merge and build llhttp 6.0.9 for F38/Rawhide[1] and F37/Branched[2].

The .so version will change from 0.1 (applied downstream) to 6.0 (now versioned upstream). The API and ABI should be backwards-compatible other than the SONAME.

The only dependent package is python-aiohttp; I will rebuild it in a side tag using my python-sig packager group membership. I have verified compatibility for F38/Rawhide in COPR[3], and I do not expect F37/Branched to have diverged yet.
