Dear maintainers.

Based on the current fail to build from source policy, the following packages
will be retired from Fedora 37 approximately one week before branching (next week).

The F37 schedule says the retirement occurs on the same day as branching:
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-37/f-37-all-tasks.html

That seems to be a mistake in the schedule. The policy says:

"""
8. Cca a week before the Fedora N mass branching, packages that weren’t successfully rebuilt at least in Fedora N-2 will be retired assuming there have been at least 5 warnings on the devel mailing list.
"""

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/#_package_removal_for_long_standing_ftbfs_and_fti_bugs

and also, the title of this email says "in 1 week", which is the same
week as branching.

Yes, I've started to send the reminders a bit later, the "cca" gives some room for error. This time, I plan to do it more or less today.
